Pee Dee Healthy Start Inc. (PDHS) is a community based, non-profit, 501c3 organization. The mission is achieved through best practices and evidence-based models that include outreach, assessment, user-friendly case management, culturally relevant health education, evidence-based healthy marriage and relationship education, interconceptional care, evaluation, collaborations, career readiness, job development and placement, training and certifications, mentoring, community service and partnerships with community stakeholders. 

PDHS has four programs: Healthy Start Eliminating Disparities in Perinatal Health, Project RESPECT, Project FRAMEWorks, and The Dannon Project.
